Kain Knight to present FREE Law Costs Seminar for Midlands-based lawyers
Sorting out legal costs is an increasing burden for lawyers involved in litigation, but when it comes to maximising recovery of those costs, or ensuring costs are proportionate, it is important to be up to date with current legislation and recent case law affecting this area.
So Kain Knight is offering lawyers in the Midlands some free advice in a costs update seminar taking place at Aston Business School in central Birmingham on 10th June 2004.
A combination of important judicial decisions, case law and expert opinion, the seminar is designed to up date lawyers on the latest issues concerning legal costs and will tackle topics such as:

The seminar aims to provide delegates with as much information as possible within just one morning. Starting with registration and refreshments at 9am, the seminar will be conducted in two sessions and will culminate with a buffet lunch at 12.45pm.
