Richard Banks - Director

After a spell at Hertfordshire based solicitors Nockolds, Richard joined Kain Knight in 1984 as a trainee law costs draftsman and was appointed Director in 1995.

He now specialises in the preparation of substantial personal injury and clinical negligence bills and counts amongst his client major City firms Irwin Mitchell, Pritchard Englefield and Charles Russell LLP as well as other substantial firms throughout the UK.

He is a Fellow of the ALCD and has trained many draftsmen who have subsequently gone on to become Fellows themselves.

Richard lives with his partner Sarah and has two daughters Sophie and Erica. He enjoys playing and watching most sports – particularly football and cricket and has recently taken up golf, although Tiger Woods need not worry too much yet.
