Simon Noakes - Director

Simon Noakes joined Kain Knight in 1999 and became a Director 8 years later. He principally specialises in claims for costs arising out of professional negligence actions, but has a large following in other fields, such as construction, sports and personal injury litigation. He has now acted for the insurance market in six sets of case managed litigation and has been involved in a number of important decisions involving the application of the indemnity principle, in-house lawyer’s charges, conduct during Detailed Assessment proceedings, success fees and ATE premiums.
