Peter Emery - Manager

Peter has been a law costs draftsman with Kain Knight since 1993, becoming a manager eight years later. He has a wealth of experience in costs, particularly in claimant medical and clinical negligence, insolvency and intellectual property matters.

He has been handling costs work on behalf of The Treasury Solicitor for some ten years and has been involved in many costs matters involving H.M. Customs & Excise.

Peter is a Fellow of the ALCD and is married with two sons.

Spare time interests include gardening, watching F1 motor racing and anything to do with boats. Peter continues to be a keen supporter of West Ham United.
